What and who inspires you as an educator? 


I get my inspiration from other teachers, talking about the challenges involved in teaching, and exchanging best practice.


Meeting head teachers and seeing how they run their schools enriches and broadens my own vision.


It is in the differences that I gain the most.




What motivates you as an educator? 


Seeing the impact my small contribution has in the life of children and teenagers is my motivation.


I love seeing the sudden change in students’ reactions when they finally understand something that they have been struggling with.
